Quelles modifications dois-je faire dans ma voiture ?

Il faudra simplement rabattre la banquette arrière, ou l’ôter si celle-ci ne se rabat pas.

Le kit est-il compatible avec ma carte grise ?

OUI. Vous pouvez transporter le kit dans le respect de la réglementation nationale et européenne car celui ci est totalement amovible.

Ma voiture n’est pas dans la liste, que dois-je faire ?

Vous pouvez consultez la page des voitures compatibles. Si vous avez un doute, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter. 

Les kits sont-ils garantis ?

Oui, les kits sont garantis 5 ans. Nous n'utilisons pas de colle dans le processus d'assemblage des meubles ce qui nous permet de remplacer facilement les pièces éventuellement abimées...pour une démarche durable et moins couteuse.


De plus, chaque pièce est vernis sur les deux faces afin de protéger durablement le bois. 

Peut-on payer en plusieurs fois ?

Oui, il est possible de régler en plusieurs fois avec notre partenaire bancaire français ALMA.

Combien de temps dure l’installation ?

Une quinzaine de minutes lors de la première installation et environ 5 minutes les fois suivantes.

Quel est le poids du kit ?

65 kg pour le kit "Ludospace" et 50kg pour le kit "Voiture et 85kg pour le kit "fourgon"

Comment se déroule la livraison ?

Le kit est stocké sur une palette et protégé par un emballage adapté et éco-responsable. La palette est confiée à un transporteur spécialisé qui prend rendez-vous avec vous afin de convenir d'un horaire de livraison. Les délais de livraison sont d'environ 1 à 3 jours en France métropolitaine.

Comment se déroule la première installation ?

La première installation se déroule toujours très bien :-) Une notice d'installation est fournie avec le kit et vous guidera pas à pas. Des tutoriels vidéo sont également disponibles. Enfin, l'équipe technique de Tchao Tchao se tient à votre disposition par mail (info@tchao-tchao.com) et par téléphone 02 52 35 25 37 pour répondre à toutes vos questions. 

Faites-vous des aménagements sur mesure ?

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas le temps de réaliser des aménagements sur mesure.
